Yippee Skippee
So instead of flying home on the 12th my dad is coming to get me on the 6th. Now I don't have to put my stuff in storage. That is so awesome. I am so happy. I think I'm gonna go live with Aunt Susie for awhile. She asked me too and I think I can find a better job in Houston than I could in little bitty old Hempstead or Waller. I am so excited. I am ready to go home and take a break from it all. I think I want to work at Lane Bryant. I searched and there are four within 10 miles of Susie's. The best part is is that if I do work there I get 40% off of any merchandise I buy. I love Lane Bryant they have the best clothes. Its expensive but its good. So anyways I am busy packing stuff. I have nothing better to do right now so I am packing, packing, packing...
Right now all the jobs I applied for are waiting on my references. I don't think that I will take the one in Brockton, Mass. They really want you to have a car and there's no way I can have one by September. I have way too many bills. For one I have two back accounts to maintain. I have a sears card, and a lane bryant card. I have a cell phone bill. Plus until someone takes over my apartment for me I have to pay the rent on it. This is crazy. I don't make enough money for all this. How did I get in so far over my head.
I applied to Houston Community College. I don't really know what I was thinking, but I figure I can take classes there because I still have a whole bunch of basics that I can take. I was looking at my Blinn transcript and at Blinn I never had lower than a C. Here at Tech I have grades of the entire spectrum. So maybe instead of taking off completley I will take some classes there. Plus I can get a Associates in Sociology. Then I'll come back and get my Bachelor of Sociology. Then after that hopefully my Masters of Sociology. Then I can teach at any junior college I want. That is a great idea. Hell maybe I won't even make it back to Tech. Maybe I will go to U of H or A&M. Who knows.
