My Little Life...

So I am down to 2 days until my daddy gets here. I am so excited. I get to go home. Then I'm gonna move to Houston. I'm supposed to be having a phone interview right now for an Americorp position in Houston. He hasn't called me yet though. I'll give him a little while longer and then I'll give him a call.

So Daniel asked me to help him pain this apartment today. At least I think we are. We might just bemoving his futon. But whatever it'll be worth it just to see him. I haven't seen him or Anna in oh I'd say about 3 weeks. Thats really too long for people that live in the same town as each other. So hopefully this is a position that I can get. If I get it I hope I like it. So anyways other than that everything is going along just swimmingly.

Oh yeah I forget. Eddie actually came up and apologized to me Monday night. I was very taken aback. Anyways he invited me to go to the movies with him and Z. I invited Steve to come along too. Steve is too adorable. I was talking to Kristen the other night and I was telling her about Steve. I was like he is one of those kinds of guys that deserves the best. He won't just settle. He doesn't have to. He is sooooo nice to everyone. He has confidence. High self-esteem. He is just your all around great guy. If there were one reason to stay in Lubbock it would be if he asked me out. Because man I could so go for him. HE's just one of those guys you know. He really is a "Prince Charming".

So anyways enough about the virtues of Steve. There are a lot of people that I will miss here in Lubbock. But I do plan on coming back and hopefully they will still be here. I really wish that guy would call. This is a little nerve wracking rating on someone to call. I really hope this is a good position. I just hope I get it. 7 more minutes until 3:30. At that point I will stop sitting here waiting. I will call him. I know he told me today. Alright well thats enought worrying for now. Write laters...

Ok so now it is 7:30 and I am off of work. I had quite a suprise. I went into the office and started talking to my manager James. He apparently was quite suprised that I was there. Someone told him that I had quit. He won't say who but they told him that I had said "I Quit". So anyways after that little mess was cleared up I got to work. 2 more days till my daddy gets here.

So I had that phone interview. Apparently the guy thought that it was set for 3:30 and he was fixing to call me. We had a nice chat. He asked me questions obviously. He said he has a place where he thinks that I will fit right in. He's setting up another interview with the program that he wants to stick me in. Hopefully it all works out. He said that we are running a very tight fit here. Its seems that I have to attend some training class first. Makes sense doesn't it. I have to go to this class before I start work. If I can't get into the one at the end of August then I have to wait for October. Then I would have to find a job for 2 months. Oh goodness. Anyways he is trying to work out everything that he can. So hopefully it all goes over smoothly...
